LTSC is committed to ensuring a safe environment for children and young people who engage in swimming at the club.  Rach Read is the LTSC Club Welfare Officer, in Rach's full time role working with Typhoon Aquatics she is the HR Manager and Safe Guarding Lead so her experience in this area support her in the LTSC Welfare Officer role.
