A very well done to Amy and Stanley who took part last week in the Swim Wales Summer Open in Swansea. Amy came away with a PB in her 100m breaststroke narrowly missing out on a place in the final. Stanley came away with a PB in both the 100m and 200m breaststroke - getting a bronze medal in both event.
New pool for the team, great atmosphere and fun event. Well done gang!
